Fishing trip SEASON Our fly fishing season runs from October 10 to May 1 (Chilean spring-summer) SPECIES OF FISH We fish for aggressive rainbows and trophy brown trout. WATERS FISHED Patagonia has a variety of water to fish. We fish in rivers, spring creeks, lagoons, and lakes. Our goal is to combine an assortment of water systems in our trips, so our guests have the chance to experience all that Patagonia has to offer for anglers. Guests may drift the Simpson and Manihuales Rivers, experiencing two of the best rivers in the Chilean Patagonia. CLOTHING TIPS Since weather can be unpredictable in Patagonia, we recommend guests bring wind jackets, rain jackets, shorts and pants, warm under-layers good walking and hiking shoes, cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen. OCCUPANCY Rumbo Patagon is a company that wants to ensure their guests a personalized service of the highest quality. Therefore our limit per week is 6 people per program. GUIDES Our Bilingual Chilean guides and staff have years of experience living, fishing and working in Patagonia.
